Previously Deported Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty For Murder In Shakopee

A federal immigration judge in 2012 ordered him deported to Mexico

Fraider Diaz-Carbajal who has a long criminal history pleaded guilty to the murder of Enedelia Perez Garcia in Shakopee, Minnesota.

Diaz-Carbajal has a long criminal history even before the murder which included three conviction for drunk driving and a conviction for domestic assault against Garcia who was the victim he eventually killed.

The Star Tribune reports that a federal immigration judge ordered the deportation of Fraider Diaz-Carbajal in 2012 but he illegally re-entered the United States.

The victim leaves behind a 7-year-old daughter and sentencing for Dian-Carbajal is scheduled for March 15th, 2019. The County Attorney will seek a maximum of 40 years.
