Former Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann appeared on the American Pastors Network’s “Stand In The Gap” radio show this week, warning conservative Christians not to believe the “lies” about Donald Trump because electing Hillary Clinton as president will only lead to more sexual assaults in America.

Bachmann told American Pastors Network President Sam Rohrer, who is also a former Pennsylvania lawmaker, in a radio interview that the Clinton campaign was trying to divide Christian Evangelicals by focusing in on Trump’s leaked remarks where he bragged about sexually assaulting women.

Bachmann dismissed the report as George Soros funded lies. “There’s no similarity between what Donald Trump said 11 years ago and what Bill Clinton did,” Bachmann said. “Is sexual assault against women a big issue? You bet it is. And the best thing that Christian men can do is make sure that Hillary Clinton does not become president and the best thing that Christian women can do is make sure that Hillary Clinton does not become president.”

Bachmann argued that former President Bill Clinton criminally assaulted women for which he has “never paid the price.”

“Donald Trump has already released a list of only pro-life judges that he will support,” the former congresswoman promised. “Hillary Clinton will set a standard in this country that will lead to even more sexual assaults against women because she will be setting an anti-biblical agenda.”

Rohrer agreed with Bachmann, saying that the attempt to turn Christian women away from Trump is a satanic effort to “divide Christian evangelical homes.” Bachmann then declared that “this is an effort by Hillary Clinton supporters and George Soros, through Sojourners and other so-called Christian organizations, to divide us. These are lies and we, as Christians, need to recognize that this is a lie and a deception and we need to wake up and resist these lies.”
