Minneapolis and St. Paul Will Have 8 P.M. Curfew

As Minneapolis and surrounding area braces for more riots and looting, Mayor Jacob Frey has declared an 8 P.M curfew. St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter declared a similar curfew for his city

The curfew will be enforced all weekend from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m

Reporters and journalists are not exempt from the curfew but the police are expected not to enforce the curfew for the homeless and those seeking care.
