Minnesota residents have been dealing with an increased crime while Minnesota Democrats have called for less police.
The crime is now spreading to targeting Minnesota Day Care facilities. KSTP reports that authorities parents to be on high alert when picking up or dropping off their kids. Criminals are breaking into cars and stealing money,
The crime is spreading to the suburbs including an incident in Maple Grove.
“It looks like the same people that are doing it,” Joe Piket, with the Minnesota Child Care Association, said. “So the frustration is they’ve been able to get away with it for so long. We are on heightened alert in our parking lots until these guys are caught. ”
