Commentary: Kamala Harris remains AWOL on Cuomo allegations

Six weeks into the Biden administration, Harris again has proven she should be nowhere near power or taken seriously.

Politicians from both sides of the aisle continue to speak out about the sexual harassment allegations brought by multiple women against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, but the country’s feckless vice president remains silent.

As three women share their stories, the insufferable Californian and supposed #MeToo supporter — given the second highest office in the country due to her skin color and gender — says nothing.

Kamala Harris made clear her support for women is purely transactional and ideological.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki was pressed Tuesday about the odd silence from the White House, and when either Biden or Harris would comment.

“Well, I know that’s how the vice president continues to feel, and the benefit of doing a briefing every day is that I can certainly speak on behalf of the president and the vice president,” Psaki said. “And so let me reiterate that they both believe that every woman coming forward should be heard, should be treated with dignity, and treated with respect and should have their voices heard. And that’s the representation of their points of view.”

Harris is a radical, who notoriously denied due process to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation process, and bullied Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett two years later.

The inauthentic panderer even said she would impeach the justice a year after he was confirmed to the bench.

“Christine Blasey Ford, who literally had nothing to gain by coming forward … she looked at the fact that this guy was being nominated and said, ‘the American people had the right to know what I know,’ and she was treated like a criminal,” Harris told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow in 2019. “So yes, I call for impeachment. I believe that is the clearest way for us to get an investigation of these allegations, and we should open an investigation of these allegations.”

Prominent female Democrats, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, all made statements calling for further investigation.
