Social media was flooded with reports of violence against Trump supporters Saturday night following the “Million MAGA March” in Washington, D.C.

Thousands of President Donald Trump’s most ardent fans descended on the nation’s capital Saturday afternoon for what organizers called the “Million MAGA March,” a historic show of support for a president who will likely be leaving office in January.

The president made a surprise visit to the march, driving through a sea of supporters and waving from the window of his vehicle.

The event took a violent turn later in the evening as attendees made their way from Freedom Plaza back to their hotels. Families were harassed, a woman was punched in the back of the head, and fireworks were launched at outdoor diners, according to video from the scene.

Investigative reporter Drew Hernandez said it seemed like Antifa was strategically targeting buildings occupied by Trump supporters who were in town for the march.

In one instance, a white woman wearing a Black Lives Matter shirt targeted a black woman and her daughter who attended the march.

Another video shows a black man’s “MAGA merch shop” being vandalized by Black Lives Matter agitators.

“Antifa scum ran for the hills today when they tried attacking the people at the Trump Rally, because those people aggressively fought back. Antifa waited until tonight, when 99% were gone, to attack innocent MAGA People. DC Police, get going — do your job and don’t hold back,” the president said on Twitter late Saturday night after facing heavy criticism from conservatives who thought he didn’t do enough to crack down on the violence.

According to reports, fights broke out later in the night between Antifa and members of the Proud Boys, who began patrolling the streets in search of groups that were targeting Trump supporters.

One of the videos shows a Trump supporter picking a fight with a group of agitators and assaulting at least one of them. He was then sucker punched and kicked in the head.
