Minnesota Media Scooped Again: Woman Receives Broward County Ballot

Regular readers of this Friday media bias column know that I often say in order to know what’s going on in this state you have to read non-local media. One notable defect of Minnesota media is their laziness, legendary even for a profession known for it.

The most recent example of this is a woman who moved to Minnesota from Broward County, Florida five years ago but received an absentee ballot. As everyone knows, that corrupt, Third World county elections office is trying to steal the Republican victories in the Senate and Governor’s race as I write. For a change, Florida and national Republicans are awake to and on it. The integrity of that election, however, is far from assured.

Elisa Sarmento, through her friend Scott Presler, a conservative activist, tweeted last night photos of her Broward County absentee ballot and the envelope in which it was mailed to her. Gateway Pundit, a national outlet who pays attention to Twitter and other social media, picked up on the story and ran with it.

Not so Minnesota media, who ignored it completely. I even tweeted the story at them in an effort to give them a heads up but to no avail. This is more common than it should be.

Gateway Pundit gives a helpful overview of the decades long corruption and dishonesty in Democrat run Broward County, another reason why local media didn’t cover one of the most “local angle” stories imaginable. Of course, with same day voter registration, we have our own problems with fraud and voter integrity but those issues will get no coverage by Minnesota media because it benefits their party.
