On October 17, 2016, Alpha News reported on the first video released by Project Veritas Action: “Video I: Clinton Campaign and DNC Incite Violence at Trump Rallies” in which Democrat operatives discussed training and paying protesters to disrupt and incite violence at GOP and Trump rallies. On Tuesday, PVA released a second video titled: “Rigging the Election Video II: Mass Voter Fraud.”
In the second video, Democrat operatives explain how to “successfully commit voter fraud on a massive scale.” PVA reporters, posing undercover as potential donors, met with Scott Foval, who until Monday was working for Americans United For Change, to discuss GOTV, or as he claims, “reenfranchising voters.” Foval, claims that voter fraud has been going on for years, stating, “We’ve been busing people in to deal with you f-ckin’ a–holes for 50 years and we’re not going to stop now, we’re just going to find another way to do it…”
Foval claims he, “works backwards” when making a plan, from where potential for investigations might stem, Foval discusses that busses call too much attention to themselves, but having people show up to polling places in personal vehicles with the license plates matching the state in which they’re in is the better system.
He discusses having separate “shell companies” that purchase the cars from auctions and others that write the checks for those being paid to commit voter fraud.
Foval claims that specifically three states are in play for this type of mass voter fraud: Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana citing loose voting laws and investigations as his reasoning why it would work there. (Note: in the 2012 recall election of Governor Walker in Wisconsin, voter turnout in Madison, Wisconsin was reportedly 119% ~ Breitbart.com)
From the video, Foval believes that any tactic that increases democrat voter turnout is fair game, for every level of government, but most especially those elections focusing in GOP-strong states where the ends justifies the means; the means being flipping Red-legislatures and governors “Blue”.
Foval discusses a plan on how to commit massive voter fraud by hiring day laborers, writing them checks and helping them register to vote in ways to get around the voter registration laws.
The reporters then take the plan to Bob Creamer (Democracy Partners) who claims that they shouldn’t “touch that plan with a ten-foot pole” but Foval assures the reporters that “there are other people who can make it happen…”
The person who can “make it happen” is Cesar Vargas – co-founder of “Dream Action Coalition” – an illegal “Dreamer” himself as well as a lawyer in New York. In the video, Vargas says that the 2016 election is too early to implement a mass voter fraud plan, but if Trump gets in that the 2018 midterms would be the place to do it.
Vargas confirms that he understands the plan is committing voter fraud:
Organizations like Minnesota Voters Alliance are actively fighting voter fraud; filing lawsuits to force Minnesota to follow the law when it comes to elections. Videos like the one released today show what a massive undertaking the battle is.
Sean Hannity is reporting that Foval was fired from AUFC after Monday’s first PVA video release.
