Donna Azarian

Donna Azarian hails from West Islip, New York, but moved to Minnesota in 1993. Donna was the of Director of Sales and Marketing Research at KMSP-TV in Minneapolis-St. Paul for nine years before moving to Time Warner/Comcast Cable, where she held the same position for almost 5 years.
Prior to her career at KMSP-TV, Donna worked at WOR-AM Radio and CBS Television.  She is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.  A former candidate for Eden Prairie City Council and an entrepreneur, Donna has held leadership positions in Eden Prairie politics over the past ten years, and has spent several years attempting to get a product that she invented to market.

Preya Samsundar was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. She will be graduating from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities this Spring with a B.A. In Political Science and Sociology, with a minor in Strategic Communications.


Anders Koskinen


Anders Koskinen graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2016 with a double major in Journalism and Political Science. Originally from Madison, WI, he has served as Chair of the UMN’s College Republicans chapter, and as President of Students for a Conservative Voice, and worked in various positions at its publication The Minnesota Republic from 2014-2016, including as Editor-in-Chief his final year.

Julia Erynn is a native-born Minnesotan, having attending Hill-Murray College Prep and The University of Minnesota. Julia had the opportunity to get to know her communities very well while serving as the Student Body Representative to the Board of Regents, and as Miss Minneapolis 2014. She is excited to be covering the news at the Capitol and around the state.

Andrea Mayer-Bruestle, a life-long Midwesterner, has been writing/blogging since 2008. She also serves as the chair of South Washington Citizens for Progress; a committee formed to hold South Washington County School District ISD 833 accountable to taxpayers.  She created MNHockeyMama blog, which captured national media attention in 2013.

Andrea has made appearances on conservative talk radio shows, including Jason Lewis and Mitch Berg. Her knowledge and research skills have helped guide legislators and political activists across the state.
